Returns & refunds

All sales are final unless we sent the wrong item, the item has significant undisclosed damage, or it materially differs from its listing.

Contact us on Instagram within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. If we confirm that the issue is our responsibility, we will cover return shipping and provide a refund.

We do not accept returns for fit, change of mind, colour differences between screens, address errors, normal vintage wear, or flaws already shown or described.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Canada and USA orders ship with tracking for the rate shown at Stripe checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or customs. Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

For shipping outside Canada and the USA, contact us on Instagram before purchasing. Import duties and taxes, when applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

Vintage condition

Vintage garments may show fading, wear, shrinkage, repairs or small imperfections from age and previous use. Please review every photo, measurement and condition note before buying.

Sizes on vintage tags can differ from modern sizing, so the listed measurements should be used to assess fit. Dates and authenticity are assessed from available tags, construction and print details.

Privacy & payment

We use your name, email, phone number and shipping address only to process orders, deliver purchases and respond to enquiries.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Lollies Biccies Vintage Clothing does not store your full card number. Order information may be shared with Stripe and the delivery carrier only as needed to complete your purchase.
